Booking Policy
To ensure efficient scheduling and avoid disappointment, Sonocare Ultrasound follows a strict booking policy:
Bookings:

All appointments must be booked in advance — no walk-ins accepted. Arrive 15min before the appointment time.
Booking requests can be made via Email or WhatsApp. Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a WhatsApp or email confirmation.

A 40% non-refundable deposit is required for obstetrics scans to secure your appointment.

The balance must be paid by card at the end of your appointment, before leaving.

Non-payment on the day may result in withheld images and reports, and the deposit will not be refunded.

If the deposit is not paid in advance, your slot may be given to another patient who has already paid, at the sonographer’s discretion.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Please be courteous and cancel within 48hr in advance.
Late cancellations will result in loss of deposit,
though rescheduling within the same month may be offered, subject to availability.

No-Shows:
Missing your appointment without notice will lead to deposit forfeiture.
Frequent no-shows may limit your ability to book in future.
